If there is strong evidence that you were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you could plead guilty and request supervised probation. If this is your first offense, pleading guilty may be an option.
If you decide not to plead guilty, I will negotiate with the prosecuting attorney to have the charges dropped to a lesser offense. Negotiation can help you avoid a time-consuming and expensive trial.
During the negotiations with the prosecution, I will work to build a strong case against the DWI or DUI charges. I will file motions with the court to attempt to suppress the evidence. I will work hard to fight the DWI or DUI charges at trial.
